Guernsey DH's

 When called to DH to Guernsey and you are flipped back to Casper you will need to tie up on the ticket that shows your DH and claim code FE. You need to show in remarks to timekeeper (disregard this ticket acct. all pay will be claimed on working timeslip). Another ticket will be issued for your return trip to Casper and on this slip you will claim code FR in the misc. codes and explain that you were turned back to Casper on whatever train you worked. Enter all info generated by the pop-up box and explain in remarks of code FE.

General Chairmans Office advise's us that a crew called in multiple dogcatch service, are not going to be able to claim more than One trip rate or a flip rate. Our advice to you, is figure which will pay the better.

Please document all time claims with as much information as is needed.

(Start and Stop Times)(Mileposts between which you traveled)

(Any other information such as switch lists or call sheets to support your claim)

These items will make it easier to process your claim if it is denied.
